- • The Principal Financial Analyst at Prime Therapeutics provides leadership in financial analysis and reporting for business areas, playing a pivotal role in maintaining assumptions and models for Pricing and Underwriting forecasting processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating as a subject matter expert with underwriters and senior management on pricing initiatives, data analyses, and RFP processes; leading data analyses, reporting, and projections for PBM pricing; reviewing complex pharmacy data to investigate challenging questions; providing strategic pricing advice using market research, financial projections, and actuarial modeling; developing and presenting financial forecasting results to clients and senior management; and monitoring the PBM environment for impacts from government policies, market trends, and healthcare developments.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent education and work experience
- • 8 years of experience in programming, financial modeling, accounting, and/or financial analysis
- • Expert level proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL
- • Eligibility to work in the United States without need for visa sponsorship
- • Proven ability to define and drive processes and build cross-functional relationships to achieve common goals
