đź“‹ Description
- • Lead Drata’s Agentic AI strategy and execution as a Principal Product Manager, shaping a multi-year AI vision that spans product lines and influences company-level strategy to build AI-native experiences that help customers get real GRC work done.
- • Own outcomes for AI agents in production by leading end-to-end product discovery and delivery, defining success metrics, and partnering with Engineering and AI/ML leads on architecture, model selection, and safety guardrails.
- • Drive cross-pillar collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, GRC, and GTM teams to embed AI agents into roadmaps and ship cohesive, end-to-end workflows instead of isolated features.
- • Champion customer-obsessed, data- and AI-first product craft by spending time with customers, prospects, and auditors to understand jobs-to-be-done and prioritize opportunities where AI reduces pain or drives scale.
- • Lead at the principal level by creating operating models and frameworks for AI product delivery, mentoring senior PMs, and representing Drata’s AI vision internally and externally with customers, partners, and analysts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time as a senior/lead PM owning complex, multi-team product areas.
- • 3–5+ years building and shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered products, with at least 2+ years directly working on agentic systems, copilots, or autonomous workflows in production.
- • Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and iterating AI agents in production, including setting up evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and observability.
- • Deep understanding of the agentic ecosystem and Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar paradigms (tools/plugins, actions, function calling, retrieval, orchestrators).
- • Strong technical fluency: comfortable reading API docs, reasoning about data and model tradeoffs, and partnering with engineering on architecture-level decisions.
- • Track record of defining multi-year product strategy in ambiguous or emerging domains and influencing exec-level decisions with clear narratives and evidence.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Shared Success: Stock equity (RSUs) to ensure employees share directly in company growth and success.
- • Health & Wellness: Up to 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents, plus comprehensive wellness benefits and healthcare concierge services.
- • Financial Well-being: 401(k) plan, company-paid life and disability insurance, tax-advantaged spending accounts, and discounted voluntary offerings.
- • Family Support: Paid Parental Leave after six months, Kindbody fertility and family-building benefits, and dedicated leave specialists.
- • Growth & Development: Generous annual stipends for professional and personal development, plus wide access to internal learning opportunities.
- • Time Off & Flexibility: Flexible vacation policy, paid holidays, and other perks to support rest, rejuvenation, and recovery.
