📋 Description

• As Principal Product Manager, AI at ButterflyMX Inc., you will lead the exploration and development of agentic workflow offerings in adjacent categories, driving product-market fit through contracted ARR and adoption to expand the company’s impact in smart access solutions for multifamily, commercial, and student housing properties worldwide.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven innovations, from discovery and customer co-creation to delivery and go-to-market execution, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and executive teams to translate customer needs into scalable, data-informed product strategies.
• You will develop and track KPIs and metrics to measure the success of new offerings, using analytical rigor to iterate rapidly, validate assumptions, and optimize for both user value and business outcomes in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
• You will act as a strategic bridge between customer insights and technical execution, continuously evaluating market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging AI capabilities to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities that align with ButterflyMX’s mission to simplify access and improve tenant satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Manager and/or Product Lead roles
• AI-first mindset: instinctively considers AI capabilities when solving product challenges
• Proven experience in 0→1 product development within markets where mature, industry-leading products already exist
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, leveraging data for decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with customers, engineers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with third-party integrations and end-to-end product delivery, including go-to-market motions and partnership development
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at leading cross-functional teams with executional excellence
• Thrives in high-pressure environments while maintaining focus and meeting deadlines
• Insatiably curious, critical thinker with an ownership mindset
• Passionate about understanding customer needs and developing creative, solution-oriented approaches to address them
