- • As a Principal Product Manager, AI Growth at Asana, you will lead the charge in redefining how humans and AI collaborate through vertical-specific, high-impact workflows, driving product-led growth and AI consumption revenue as part of Asana’s AI-first transformation.
- • You will define and deliver verticalized AI use cases, develop PLG motions from Copilot to Autopilot, manage strategic LLM partnerships, own critical growth KPIs (AI Net ARR, AI Teammate adoption), and lead acquisition playbooks for emerging LLM-driven channels.
- • You’ll join a cross-functional Product Management team that works closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and GTM to shape Asana’s roadmap and deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration.
- • In this role, you’ll achieve ownership of 0→1 AI product innovation, influence executive stakeholders, and build new playbooks for AI-driven revenue in a high-ambiguity environment, advancing your expertise in AI product strategy and growth at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–10+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth at B2B SaaS companies
- • Proven track record in driving top-of-funnel acquisition and activation strategies
- • Deep experience with AI/ML products, LLM APIs, or third-party platform integrations like ChatGPT or Claude
- • Strong analytical foundation with expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, and full-funnel optimization
- • Strategic business acumen to balance user experience with evolving AI-driven revenue models
