📋 Description

• • As a Principal Product Manager at Constant Contact, you will lead the charge in transforming the company into a mobile-first marketing platform, driving growth and customer value through strategic product leadership.
• • You will own the strategy and execution for key growth levers focused on customer outcomes, develop and defend strong opinions on user value using research and behavioral metrics, and lead through influence by guiding engineers and designers to deliver actionable, ROI-driven product visions.
• • You will mentor other product managers to level up their discovery, strategic thinking, and execution skills, act as a multiplier for the product organization, and collaborate across teams to navigate complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
