Principal Product Manager, PSA Liquidity Platform

📋 Description

• • Own the product vision and strategy end-to-end for the PSA Liquidity platform, defining a bold, unified vision that serves both buyers and sellers in the collectibles marketplace.
• • Build powerful buyer tooling by leading development of the next-generation buyer platform, focusing on targeting, campaign management, budget controls, and analytics to help individual collectors and large-scale dealers discover and acquire the right cards at scale.
• • Optimize the matching engine by partnering with Engineering and AI/ML to build a sophisticated targeting and ranking engine that maximizes GMV, conversion, and offer-to-sale velocity across channels.
• • Elevate the seller experience by making it effortless for sellers to understand their options, price items accurately, and complete sales with minimal friction.
• • Drive cross-functional execution by translating strategy into clear priorities, specs, and user stories, coordinating delivery across dedicated engineering teams, and keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving.
• • Instrument and iterate by defining success metrics, implementing tracking and feature flags, and running A/B tests to make high-conviction, data-informed decisions with both speed and rigor.
• • Connect the ecosystem by ensuring seamless liquidity handoffs across the broader PSA enterprise, from Grading to Collection Management to Vaulting, reducing friction and resolving cross-system dependencies.
• • Communicate with clarity at every level by synthesizing complexity from executive strategy reviews to engineering standups, articulating tradeoffs, and driving alignment across business, engineering, design, data, and external partners.
