- • This role is critical to Socure’s mission of verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts, acting as a strategic partner to Platform product leaders to translate vision into scalable, measurable outcomes across product, engineering, commercial, and go-to-market teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a strategic thought partner to RiskOS leadership, providing structure and insight to drive priorities and outcomes; fostering a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and operational rigor; ensuring visibility and communication from RiskOS to internal partners on gateway products that enable new customer behaviors and opportunities.
- • The role involves partnering with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to ensure launch readiness, cross-functional alignment, and effective adoption plans; creating, reviewing, and maintaining launch readiness and internal enablement artifacts for major releases; and collaborating with Global Enablement to train internal teams on positioning and supporting core product use cases.
- • Key duties include driving end-to-end cross-functional coordination for RiskOS-led initiatives across Product, Engineering, Solution Consulting, Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and BizOps, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and decisions remain on track; driving Aha! - • Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, serving businesses, governments, and millions of people daily by verifying identities in real time and preventing fraud; the company values ownership, critical thinking, and customer-obsessed problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • The Product organization operates at the intersection of strategy, portfolio execution, and operations, emphasizing rigor, visibility, and alignment; the Principal Product Strategist reports to the Head of Product Strategy & Operations and partners closely with Platform product leaders to ensure organizational readiness and execution excellence.

🎯 Requirements

- • 15+ years of experience in product/business operations and go-to-market within fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- • Strong background in B2B SaaS; experience in fintech, identity, or fraud prevention is a plus.
- • Proven ability to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and transformation with a strong bias to action and collaboration.
- • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to break down complex problems, develop insights, and present structured recommendations to executives.
