- • The Product Manager-Insurance-Commercial Lines will assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of the commercial lines program, ensuring operational and underwriting processes stay within agreed budgets and timelines.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing underwriting criteria for specialized segments, driving countrywide product growth and profitability, identifying and recommending new product opportunities, leading implementation of new products and enhancements, creating short and long-term project roadmaps, staying current on industry trends and regulations, creating specialized forms, engaging in carrier relationships, performing underwriting audits, monitoring claims and program loss ratios, managing underwriters, and performing special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required.
- • At least 3 years of commercial insurance experience, specifically in commercial property insurance.
- • Experience developing underwriting criteria and specialized insurance forms.
- • Proven ability to manage underwriters and monitor program performance including loss ratios.
- • Strong project management skills with experience creating and executing product roadmaps.
- • Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory environments, and carrier relationship management.
