- • As a Principal Professional Services Consultant at Epicor Software Corporation, you will be instrumental in driving the success of ERP implementation projects by expertly guiding clients through critical organizational change and risk management processes.
- • This pivotal role involves leading and delivering structured Change Acceleration Process (CAP) workshops and formal Risk Management Workshops, designed to equip project teams with the strategies and tools needed for effective adoption and mitigation of potential challenges.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with internal project leadership, Epicor consultants, and customer executive sponsors to ensure a smooth transition and robust readiness for organizational change.
- • A core responsibility is the facilitation of CAP Essentials and full-day or multi-day CAP workshops, conducted both virtually and onsite, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and understanding.
- • During these workshops, you will guide participants through essential CAP topics, including identifying common obstacles to change, understanding critical success factors, conducting thorough stakeholder analysis, developing effective communication plans, and addressing the human element of change.
- • You will also delve into advanced concepts such as GRPI (Goals, Roles, Processes, Interdependencies), behavioral change principles, and techniques for building and sustaining momentum throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • A key deliverable will be the production of comprehensive CAP outputs, including detailed activity reports, adaptable communication planning templates, and compelling presentation materials, all while upholding Epicor’s rigorous workshop standards and fostering an environment of active participation, confidentiality, and clear expectation setting.
- • In parallel, you will lead Epicor’s formal Risk Management Workshop, a crucial session for ERP project teams focused on proactively identifying and addressing potential project-related risks.
- • This workshop will instruct teams on how to effectively identify risks tied to scope, timeline, and budget, and guide them through likelihood and severity assessments.
- • You will facilitate the development of robust risk response plans and create customer-specific risk registers that are meticulously aligned with overarching project objectives.
- • The delivery of these Risk Management Workshops will also encompass both onsite and virtual formats, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for all clients.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be leveraging the outputs from CAP workshops to reinforce risk prioritization and demonstrate the direct linkage between risk mitigation strategies and the achievement of business objectives.
- • Beyond workshop facilitation, you will provide expert consulting and coaching to customer project sponsors and leaders, empowering them to understand and fulfill their critical roles in driving successful organizational change.
- • You will guide project teams in the development of comprehensive communication strategies, actionable adoption plans, and effective stakeholder engagement frameworks, tailored to each client's unique environment.
- • A key contribution will be assisting teams in identifying structural or organizational barriers that may impede change adoption and formulating practical, actionable recommendations to overcome these hurdles.
- • Internally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Epicor’s Change Management practice, sharing insights and collaborating on the enhancement of both CAP and Risk methodologies.
- • Collaboration is paramount; you will partner seamlessly across Epicor Professional Services, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure change management readiness is established prior to project kickoff and maintained throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- • You may participate in pre-sales conversations or scoping sessions to effectively position the value of Change Management deliverables and set clear customer expectations from the outset.
- • Maintaining accurate documentation, detailed workshop summaries, and professional customer-facing deliverables within internal systems will be a consistent requirement.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to ensuring that organizational change is not an afterthought but an integrated and strategic component of every ERP implementation, ultimately leading to higher adoption rates and greater client satisfaction.
