- • The Principal Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager at Bloomreach Inc. plays a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling the end-to-end revenue and customer lifecycle across EMEA and potentially APAC, directly contributing to the company’s mission of revolutionizing customer engagement through its agentic AI platform, Loomi AI. This role is critical to driving sustainable growth by aligning GTM functions and ensuring operational excellence in a high-impact, strategic position.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to inform Go-To-Market strategy, identify revenue opportunities, and support the achievement of aggressive sales targets across EMEA and APAC regions.
- • Partner with Sales leadership to design and refine sales processes, territory models, capacity planning, quota setting, compensation structures, and performance management frameworks.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to optimize onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion workflows, improve NRR, reduce churn, and accelerate time-to-value for customers.
- • Support the design and rollout of standardized playbooks for customer engagement, renewals, and risk management to ensure consistency and scalability across global teams.
- • Lead change management initiatives for new GTM processes, tools, and operating models, driving adoption and alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product teams.
- • Evaluate and continuously improve existing GTM processes, systems, and organizational structures through standardization, documentation, and automation to enhance efficiency, compliance, and seller effectiveness.
- • Design and implement operating cadences (e.g., pipeline hygiene reviews, account planning sessions, ownership protocols) that promote consistency and accountability across regional GTM teams.
- • Manage and develop a team of revenue and customer operations professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
- • Act as a strategic partner to executive leaders across functions, translating data into actionable insights and influencing cross-functional decision-making.
- • Proactively identify and deploy best practices tailored to regional dynamics in EMEA and APAC to increase seller productivity, operational alignment, and job satisfaction.

- • Develop deep expertise in scaling revenue operations in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, particularly within complex, multi-region GTM motions involving enterprise and mid-market segments.
- • Gain visibility and influence at the executive level by shaping strategic GTM initiatives that directly impact revenue predictability, customer retention, and long-term business growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Management Consulting, or related functions at high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech companies.
- • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact on revenue, retention, or operational efficiency.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with demonstrated experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiences.
- • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), revenue intelligence tools (e.g., Clari), and core GTM metrics including NRR, churn, quota attainment, and pipeline health.
- • Experience supporting EMEA and/or APAC markets is strongly preferred.
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree considered a plus.
