- • Manage sales territories to sell vascular medical devices across China, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
- • Provide technical support throughout all sales and marketing activities, including product demonstrations, clinical education, and procedure-related guidance.
- • Develop deep expertise in Abbott’s vascular product lines and effectively communicate product benefits, clinical data, and technical specifications to healthcare professionals.
- • Identify, cultivate, and convert new client relationships within major hospitals and vascular care centers while retaining and expanding existing customer accounts.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for both pre-sales inquiries and post-sales support, including resolution of customer complaints, order tracking, and follow-up on special deals or urgent requests.
- • Partner closely with the regional sales force and marketing teams to align territory strategies with broader corporate goals and campaign initiatives.
- • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through direct engagement and adherence to HCP selling protocols.
- • Effectively manage and supervise dealer networks in assigned regions to ensure compliance, performance, and distribution efficiency.
- • Apply strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex healthcare procurement processes and regulatory environments in China’s medical device market.
- • Prioritize tasks under pressure, adapt quickly to changing clinical needs and market conditions, and maintain a goal-driven approach to achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for sales reporting, CRM updates, client communication, and presentation development.
- • Maintain mobility of 30% or more to travel within assigned regions for client visits, hospital meetings, trade events, and internal training sessions.
- • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders including physicians, nurses, procurement officers, and hospital administrators.
- • Communicate fluently and professionally in both Mandarin and English to engage with local medical professionals and international teams.
