Principal Software Engineer - XTM Integration

📋 Description

• • As a Principal Software Engineer for XTM Integration at Filigran SAS, you will define and own the technical vision for the integration ecosystem, ensuring high standards in architecture, code quality, and developer experience across OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC.
• • Day to day, you will write production code, lead technical decisions on data flow, observability, and security, mentor the team through code reviews and pairing, contribute to open-source connector frameworks, and represent Filigran in the XTM Foundation.
• • You will work with a remote-first, global team of engineers, product managers, and open-source contributors, reporting to the VP of Technology while collaborating across product teams to maintain coherence in the XTM Suite.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in large-scale open-source systems, shape engineering standards adopted by 60+ engineers, and leave a lasting impact on cybersecurity tooling used by over 6,000 organizations worldwide.
