Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end technical relationship with Danti’s most strategic public-sector customers, translating mission-critical geospatial and intelligence requirements into production-ready AI solutions that analysts and decision-makers can use on day one.
- • Serve as the primary technical authority in pre-sales pursuits, discovery workshops, and post-sale deployments—designing data-fusion workflows that combine satellite imagery, drone feeds, 3D scans, and open-source datasets into a single, searchable knowledge graph.
- • Rapidly prototype new capabilities outside the formal sprint cycle—often in hours or days—to support classified and unclassified demos, pilots, and urgent operational requests, ensuring the platform continuously proves its value in real-world national-security scenarios.
- • Architect secure, scalable integrations that ingest customer data lakes, legacy GIS repositories, and cloud-native streams while meeting FedRAMP, IL-4/IL-5, and other public-sector compliance standards; document reference architectures that internal teams and partners can reuse.
- • Lead user-onboarding programs for analysts, GEOINT officers, and senior executives—running live training sessions, building self-service tutorials, and establishing feedback loops that convert user pain points into clearly scoped product enhancements.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to prioritize roadmap items that directly accelerate mission outcomes; translate field observations into concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that can be delivered in 2- to 6-week increments.
- • Design and execute pilot programs that move from initial concept to measurable mission impact within 30–90 days, defining success metrics such as query speed, analyst productivity gains, and decision-making confidence levels for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Support capture efforts by preparing tailored demos, briefing materials, and white-papers that map Danti’s AI engine to specific agency use cases—ranging from disaster response and infrastructure monitoring to border security and threat detection.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders, maintaining a deep understanding of evolving mission priorities, procurement vehicles, and policy shifts that affect technology adoption across defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies.
- • Champion security best-practices across every layer of the stack—identity, network, data-at-rest, and data-in-transit—ensuring that each deployment meets or exceeds customer accreditation requirements without compromising usability or performance.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging geospatial, AI/ML, and cloud technologies that can extend Danti’s differentiation; run lightweight proof-of-concepts and present findings to internal R&D teams to influence long-term architectural decisions.
- • Mentor junior solutions engineers and customer-success managers, creating reusable playbooks, code snippets, and architecture diagrams that scale the team’s collective knowledge and reduce ramp-up time for future engagements.
- • Foster a culture of relentless customer empathy—joining mission briefings, field visits, and after-action reviews—to ensure every product decision reflects the realities analysts face when lives, resources, or national security are on the line.
- • Contribute to open-source and standards bodies where appropriate, raising Danti’s profile within the geospatial and public-sector communities while shaping interoperability norms that benefit the entire ecosystem.
- • Thrive in a 90 % remote, 10 % travel environment that values autonomy, rapid iteration, and transparent communication, using modern collaboration tools to keep distributed teammates aligned across time zones and security enclaves.
