- • As a Principal Solutions Consultant in PTC’s Customer Success PLM Segment Hub, you will serve as a trusted advisor and PLM subject matter expert, driving strategic customer engagements and shaping technical sales strategies for innovative global organizations.
- • Day to day, you will lead enterprise PLM and digital transformation initiatives, define and scale solution validation best practices, enable GTM readiness for field teams, and collaborate across Product Management, R&D, Professional Services, and Success Management to ensure maximum value from Windchill PLM solutions.
- • You will join a global team of nearly 7,000 at PTC, a leader in bridging the physical and digital worlds, where the PLM Segment Hub acts as a best-practice engine to accelerate customer outcomes and influence product direction through cross-functional collaboration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in PLM, Digital Thread, and AI-enabled enterprise systems, while shaping innovation through beta programs, thought leadership, and customer success initiatives that impact PTC’s product roadmap and field enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of solutions consulting or solution engineering experience as a technical SME with deep domain expertise in PLM and strong knowledge of PTC products and implementation services.
- • Strong understanding of PLM data models, configuration, customization, deployment strategies, and enterprise integrations, particularly with ERP and MES, along with grasp of digital product traceability and Digital Thread principles.
- • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to engage senior management and executives as a trusted advisor on enterprise process and solution validation topics.
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- • Working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and enterprise software implementation and governance strategies.
- • Proven ability to work effectively across cultures and within cross-functional, high-performing teams, demonstrating self-motivation and proactive ownership.
