📋 Description
- • As a Principal Solutions Engineer – AI at Cloudera, you will serve as a customer-facing technical authority for the Enterprise AI portfolio, bridging complex data architectures with actionable AI business outcomes and driving technical sales strategy for the industry’s only platform bringing AI to data anywhere.
- • You will own the technical sales lifecycle from discovery through post-sales success, architect AI solutions using Cloudera AI, AI Inference, AI Studios, and AI Workbench, and deliver inspiring technical presentations to C-level executives to demonstrate value and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer by interfacing with Product Management and Engineering to transform field feedback into actionable roadmap items, and engage in community leadership through conference speaking, blog writing, and webinars to promote trusted Enterprise AI.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI architecture, influence product direction through customer advocacy, and grow as a trusted technical advisor shaping AI roadmaps for global enterprises.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in pre-sales or solutions engineering
- • Deep experience with Data Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning, including understanding the distinction between data engineering and data science
- • Proficiency with one or more major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of hybrid deployment factors
