📋 Description

• • As Principal, Technical Program Management in Research & Development at Twilio, you will lead strategic, complex, and multidisciplinary programs that significantly accelerate R&D’s business impact, setting program strategy and leading teams to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements across Engineering and Product organizations.
• • Day to day, you will lead high-impact cross-org technical programs, define execution strategies, align cross-org delivery and dependencies, partner on technical approach and risk, establish ownership and accountability, anticipate platform-wide impacts, and build durable program mechanisms such as operating cadences, reporting standards, and readiness dashboards.
