- • As a Principal Technical Program Manager at Perforce Software, you will lead the most strategic and complex programs across engineering and product, operating at the intersection of execution rigor and strategic influence to align roadmaps, drive delivery at scale, and build operating models that enable high-performing teams to excel.
- • Day to day, you will partner with senior leaders to define and execute on strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional program lifecycles from inception to delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business goals, with a meaningful focus on AI transformation initiatives.
