- • As a Privacy & AI Analyst at Perk, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s approach to privacy and responsible AI, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations while enabling innovation and trust across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of legal, technical, and business functions, where your work will directly support Perk’s mission to become an AI-first company grounded in ethical data practices.
- • You will drive the day-to-day operations of Perk’s privacy and AI governance programs, including managing privacy inquiries, conducting risk assessments, maintaining compliance frameworks, and supporting product teams in embedding privacy and AI ethics by design. Your contributions will help build a scalable, transparent, and proactive privacy culture that empowers teams to innovate responsibly.
- • You will partner closely with the Privacy Counsel, Data Protection Officer (DPO), and cross-functional teams in Security, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to turn regulatory requirements into practical guidance, ensuring alignment with GDPR, the EU AI Act, ISO standards, and other applicable frameworks.
- • You will lead operational activities such as managing the privacy and AI tooling stack, overseeing vendor relationships, maintaining records of processing activities (ROPAs), conducting DPIAs/FRIAs, managing data subject requests (DSRs), and supporting internal and external audits for certifications like ISO 27701 and 27001.

- • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts such as data flows, system architectures, and anonymisation techniques, and to communicate effectively with engineers and product teams on privacy and AI implications.
- • Proven track record of owning privacy operations end-to-end with minimal supervision, including managing DSRS, risk assessments, compliance activities, and vendor relationships.
- • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound risk judgment, enabling you to make informed decisions with limited oversight in ambiguous or evolving regulatory landscapes.
- • Clear, concise communication tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, with strong drafting abilities for policies, guidance, training materials, and incident responses.

- • Generous vacation allowance plus public holidays, supporting rest, recharge, and work-life balance.

- • 17 weeks of paid parental leave during a child’s first year, reinforcing family-friendly policies.
- • Up to 20 'Work from Anywhere' days per year, enabling flexibility and global mobility.
- • Four-week fully paid sabbatical after five years of service, encouraging long-term growth and renewal.
- • Relocation support for employees moving to one of Perk’s global hubs, including Barcelona and London.
