- • The Private Client Services Family Office Advisor serves as a dedicated resource for high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive and personalized insurance and risk management solutions to protect wealth and assets across generations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting needs assessments, designing customized insurance portfolios, collaborating with internal and external advisors, reviewing and updating policies, educating clients on risk mitigation, assisting with claims processes, staying current on regulatory and industry trends, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and participating in business development to expand the family office client base.
- • One80 Intermediaries operates through its Risk Strategies division, the 9th largest privately held U.S. brokerage firm, offering risk management, insurance, reinsurance, consulting, and wealth solutions across more than 30 specialty practices, serving commercial, nonprofit, public, and individual clients with access to all major insurance markets.
- • The advisor can expect to deepen expertise in high-net-worth insurance solutions, build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients and their advisors, enhance analytical and communication skills, and contribute to business growth while operating within a firm recognized as a Great Place to Work (2023) and Inc. 5000 honoree with a strong ESG focus.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional designation (e.g., CFP, CLU, CPCU) preferred.
- • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3-5 years specifically serving high-net-worth or family office clients.
- • Active and valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- • Deep understanding of complex insurance products for high-net-worth individuals, including personal lines, commercial lines for family enterprises, and specialized coverages.
- • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with sophisticated clients and their advisors.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
