- • This part-time AI residency at Aptura Inc. offers senior investment professionals the opportunity to work at the intersection of private equity and frontier AI systems, helping shape how AI models reason about high-stakes financial decisions.
- • You will develop and iterate realistic prompts to test AI-generated insights, compare human versus machine judgment in investment contexts, and design frameworks that translate complex financial reasoning into challenges for AI systems.
- • Working with a team that combines deep asset management expertise from firms like Lazard and Partners Group with cutting-edge AI research, you’ll collaborate with leading AI labs to improve model performance in financial applications.
- • You will construct and validate expert benchmarks using real-world financial models, return analyses, and investment cases to evaluate and advance the capabilities of frontier AI systems in private markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 7 years of experience in private equity or growth equity at a renowned large-cap or upper-middle market fund in Europe or the US
- • Associate, VP, or Principal-level background with strong modeling and valuation skills across the full deal lifecycle
- • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity about the application of AI in finance and a genuine interest in shaping how AI supports investment decision-making
