  • As a Pro Account Manager at ServiceTitan, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our existing customer base, driving significant value through the adoption of innovative new modules and features. This is a highly visible individual contributor position where you will leverage a potent combination of deep product knowledge, astute business consultation, and refined sales acumen to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with your assigned customer accounts, meticulously identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell of ServiceTitan's advanced Pro Product add-on features. This involves a strategic approach to outbound prospecting, educating customers on the latest product enhancements and their potential business impact, leading insightful discovery calls, delivering compelling product demonstrations, skillfully negotiating mutually beneficial customer agreements, and ultimately driving high adoption and utilization rates.
  • You will be tasked with developing a profound understanding of each customer's unique business needs, their growth aspirations, and their specific pain points. This deep insight will enable you to effectively position and sell the value of our comprehensive suite of Pro Products, ensuring our clients are leveraging our solutions to their fullest potential and achieving their business objectives.
  • A critical aspect of this role is acting as the "voice of the customer." You will collaborate closely with our Solution Engineering team and Product Management to channel customer feedback, insights, and requests, directly influencing the prioritization of future features and contributing to an enhanced overall product experience. Your input will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of our offerings.
  • You will be expected to accurately assess and forecast your sales activity, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets. This requires building and maintaining a robust, well-qualified sales pipeline through diligent prospecting, effective lead management, and strategic account planning.
  • Success in this role hinges on your ability to achieve and surpass team sales goals, driven by a consistent and predictable revenue stream generated from your dedicated customer portfolio.
  • Collaboration is key. You will work in close partnership with our Pro Onboarding team, Pro Adoption Team, and Customer Success Managers to ensure that customers are not only adopting but also fully utilizing the Pro Products, maximizing their return on investment and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • This role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual who can think creatively and adapt quickly to evolving customer needs and market dynamics. You will be empowered to take ownership of your accounts and drive success through initiative and strategic thinking.
  • You will be responsible for upselling a suite of multiple products and services to external customers, often engaging with stakeholders up to the C-suite level, demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of business value and return on investment.
  • While not strictly required, a connection to or prior experience within the home services or construction industry is highly valued, as it provides a strong foundation for understanding our core customer base and their unique challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills are essential for understanding customer data, identifying trends, and forecasting sales performance. Proficiency in Salesforce is a significant advantage for managing your pipeline and tracking customer interactions.
  • You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by demonstrating the ongoing value of ServiceTitan's solutions and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
