Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement risk and business continuity for a Fortune 500 client portfolio. You will design and execute risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies that protect critical supply chains and ensure uninterrupted service delivery across global operations.
- • Lead the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) system. This includes coordinating Business Impact Analyses (BIA), authoring and stress-testing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and embedding recovery procedures that enable the client to maintain or rapidly restore core processes after any disruption—be it cyber-attack, geopolitical event, or natural disaster.
- • Serve as the primary risk advisor to procurement managers, translating complex regulatory, financial, and reputational threats into clear, actionable guidance. You will monitor real-time risk indicators, run scenario simulations, and present concise dashboards that empower stakeholders to make fast, evidence-based decisions.
- • Drive cross-functional project management across legal, technology, operations, and third-party vendors. You will scope timelines, allocate resources, and report on milestones, ensuring every deliverable meets ISO-compliant standards and aligns with Factor’s AI-integrated contracting methodology.
- • Facilitate regular client-facing workshops and steering-committee updates. Your storytelling skills will turn technical risk data into compelling narratives that secure executive buy-in and budget approval for resilience initiatives.
- • Champion a culture of continuous learning within the Center of Excellence. You will mentor junior analysts, codify best practices, and contribute to a living knowledge base that accelerates onboarding and scales expertise across Europe and North America.
- • Embed security-by-design principles in every process. As a custodian of sensitive client and company assets, you will enforce Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, conduct periodic audits, and ensure full compliance with global data-protection mandates.
- • Leverage Factor’s AI-powered platforms to automate risk scoring, contract analytics, and continuity-plan version control—freeing you to focus on strategic insight rather than manual administration.
- • Bring curiosity, creativity, and a dash of quirkiness to daily stand-ups. We celebrate diverse perspectives, so whether you’re refining a heat-map or debating the merits of a new resilience framework, your authentic voice will shape how Factor evolves the future of legal services.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement risk, supply-chain resilience, or business continuity management
- • Demonstrated success in developing and testing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) within large, complex organizations
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven ability to present risk data and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite—especially advanced Word formatting and Excel analytics—and comfort adapting to new AI-enabled platforms
- • Legal eligibility to work in Poland and willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops or crisis-simulation exercises
🏖️ Benefits
- • 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or transition to permanent status based on performance and client demand
- • Fully remote work arrangement across Poland, supported by a home-office stipend and flexible hours that respect work-life balance
- • Access to Factor’s global learning ecosystem, including certification pathways in ISO 22301, AI-driven contract analytics, and leadership coaching
- • Collaborative, values-driven culture that prizes authenticity, accountability, adaptability, and stewardship—celebrated through quarterly team-building events and peer-recognition awards
