- • The Procurement Systems Specialist provides operational and analytical support for Ryder’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Vendor Management platforms, serving as a knowledgeable resource to internal stakeholders and suppliers by evaluating business processes, identifying systemic risks and inefficiencies, and recommending solutions that improve operational effectiveness, compliance, and financial controls.
- • Day to day, the role involves analyzing and monitoring end-to-end P2P and vendor management workflows to identify issues and control gaps, administering and supporting Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) programs for office equipment leases and uniform rental services, reviewing supplier billings for variances, participating in cross-functional discussions on system enhancements, contributing to onboarding and training programs, and updating user guides, SOPs, and reference materials.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or equivalent
- • 1 year or more in Procurement Systems (specific to Workday and VNDLY) and/or Information Technology
- • 1 year or more in Facilitating training remotely through Teams or similar platform
- • Knowledge of P2P or VMS applications, such as Workday or VNDLY at Intermediate level
- • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent at Intermediate level
- • Ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly and provide support and training to end users
