📋 Description

• As an Event Producer at Emota, you will be the driving force behind extraordinary brand experiences, leading end-to-end production of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events that align creative excellence with strategic impact for high-profile clients.
• You will oversee the full lifecycle of event production—from ideation and client collaboration to execution and post-event evaluation—ensuring seamless delivery of memorable experiences that engage and inspire audiences.
• Working within a collaborative, values-driven team at Inizio Engage, you’ll contribute to a culture rooted in empowerment, innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability, supported by award-winning experiential practices across Emota, Forty1, and Nazarѐ.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in experiential storytelling, production technology, budget and timeline management, stakeholder influence, and sustainable event design—gaining the opportunity to shape impactful experiences while growing as a leader in live production.
• Managing budgets, timelines, and resources with precision, you’ll ensure financial health and project accountability while anticipating risks and implementing solutions that keep complex, multi-partner projects on track and on brand.
• You’ll champion Emota’s commitment to sustainability, DEI, health and safety, and ground-breaking production practices, embedding these values into every phase of the event lifecycle to deliver experiences that are not only unforgettable but responsible and inclusive.
• By staying ahead of industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to every project, you’ll continuously innovate in experiential design, leveraging staging, content, and technology to elevate client visions and exceed expectations.
• Reporting to a Senior Producer in the EU, you’ll operate in a hybrid work model, splitting time between Inizio Engage’s creative offices in London or Manchester and remote work, fostering flexibility without sacrificing collaboration or creative energy.
• Your strong communication and stakeholder influence skills will be essential as you partner with clients, creatives, vendors, and talent to translate visionary concepts into flawlessly executed events that reflect both brand goals and Emota’s award-winning standards.
• With a solution-focused mindset, you’ll remain calm under pressure, turning challenges into opportunities and ensuring that every event—regardless of scale or complexity—delivers on its promise to captivate, engage, and inspire.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event production, preferably within an agency setting
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple partners while maintaining budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Strong project management skills including client relationship management, financial oversight, and detailed event planning
• Understanding of production technology, staging, and content integration to enhance experiential outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Solution-focused mindset and composure under pressure, with a track record of proactive problem-solving
