📋 Description

• As an Event Producer at Emota, you will be the driving force behind extraordinary brand experiences that captivate audiences and push creative boundaries, leading end-to-end production of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events that align with strategic impact and creative excellence while upholding industry-leading standards in sustainability, DEI, health and safety, and innovative production practices.
• You will oversee end-to-end event production from ideation to post-event evaluation, collaborating closely with clients, creatives, and cross-functional teams to transform visionary concepts into seamless, high-quality experiences, managing budgets, timelines, and resources while anticipating challenges and implementing solutions that ensure project success and client delight.
• You will actively champion and manage the company’s commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and safety throughout every phase of the project lifecycle, integrating these values into planning and execution to deliver experiences that are not only impactful but also responsible and forward-thinking.
• You will stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching and bringing fresh ideas, emerging technologies, and innovative content strategies to each project, ensuring that every event leverages the latest in production technology, staging, and storytelling to enrich the audience experience.
• You will operate within a hybrid working model, based at one of Emota’s creative and collaborative office hubs in London or Manchester, reporting to a Senior Producer in the EU, and partnering with high-profile brands and exceptional talent to produce memorable experiences that engage, inspire, and drive lasting change.

• In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in experiential production, stakeholder management, and sustainable event design, gaining the opportunity to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects that build your leadership, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills while contributing to award-winning campaigns that set new benchmarks in the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• A passion for experiential storytelling and live event production
• 3+ years of experience in event production, ideally within an agency setting
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple partners
• Strong project management skills, including accountability for client relationships, project financial health, and event planning
• Understanding of production technology, staging, and content, and how to leverage them to enhance project outcomes and delight clients
• Solution-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
