- • The Producer Talent Acquisition Professional plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier insurance producers and sales leadership to support Brown & Brown Insurance’s growth and business objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, building and maintaining talent pipelines, screening and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
