  • • As a Product Compliance Manager at Everfield AG, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the HRB Portal platform remains fully compliant with evolving labor, payroll, tax, and data protection regulations across the Baltic region and Poland, directly enabling customers to operate legally and efficiently while reducing compliance risk.
  • • You will translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, bridging the gap between legal obligations and product development to ensure that compliance is built into the platform from the outset rather than retrofitted.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting changes in employment law, social security, statutory reporting, and GDPR across target markets, analyzing their impact on product features and data models, and proactively updating compliance requirements before legal effective dates.
  • • You will collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to align compliance understanding across the product lifecycle, providing subject-matter expertise during implementation, onboarding, and customer training sessions, and ensuring smooth handover from implementation to support.
  • • You will maintain and update product documentation including testing scenarios, user guides, and knowledge base articles, while defining compliance test scenarios and contributing to roadmap planning by prioritizing initiatives based on regulatory urgency and business impact.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and customers, delivering training and guidance on HR and payroll compliance topics, reducing recurring compliance questions and errors through clear communication and proactive education.

  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cross-border HR and payroll compliance, gain hands-on experience influencing SaaS product roadmaps through regulatory insight, and develop rare hybrid skills at the intersection of law, product management, and enterprise software implementation.
  • • You will achieve measurable impact by ensuring regulatory changes are implemented ahead of legal deadlines, reducing custom work and delivery exceptions, improving customer satisfaction during implementation, and increasing internal team confidence in compliance requirements — all while contributing to the scalability and reliability of a mission-critical HR platform serving thousands of employees across Europe.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Hands-on experience with HR and payroll processes, including statutory calculations, reporting, and employment regulations in the Baltic region and/or Poland.
  • • Proven experience supporting product maintenance and implementation in a SaaS or ERP environment, preferably within HR, payroll, or workforce management domains.
  • • Ability to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and compliance test scenarios, with familiarity in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • • Strong analytical skills to assess regulatory impact on product functionality, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication to explain complex regulations in clear, practical terms.
  • • Structured, proactive mindset with high ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing scalability or quality.
