  • Product Expert, Customer Support role at Omni Analytics focused on providing exceptional technical support to customers using the Omni AI analytics platform
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers via Slack, becoming a deep expert in the Omni product, providing proactive technical support, staying updated on product improvements, advocating for customer needs internally, partnering with Solutions Engineering, sharing usage insights, reporting bugs, contributing to community resources, and building trust-filled advisory relationships
  • Omni Analytics is an AI analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth, built on a semantic model with a governed context graph for analytics and AI, headquartered in San Francisco with $217M in funding and a $1.5B valuation from its latest Series C
  • The role offers opportunities to develop deep product expertise, influence product development through customer feedback, build advisory relationships with data teams, gain experience in a high-growth AI analytics company, and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve customer experience

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills; knowledge of SQL for analytics
  • 1+ years experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Passionate about working with and talking about data
  • Love learning and problem solving; enthusiastic about helping and teaching others
  • Desire to work directly with customers on a daily basis
