- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Equifax’s Government Solutions portfolio—from initial concept through sunset—shaping products that help federal, state, and local agencies (CMS, HHS, SSA, and beyond) make faster, more confident decisions that affect millions of citizens.
- • Craft and continuously refine a multi-year product roadmap that balances bold innovation with pragmatic delivery, ensuring every release advances the strategic vision while meeting the unique compliance, security, and data-privacy demands of the public sector.
- • Translate complex market intelligence into clear, prioritized product requirements that engineering, data & analytics, legal, finance, and fulfillment teams can rally behind—driving on-time launches that exceed customer expectations and generate sustainable revenue growth.
- • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers and product leaders, embedding a culture of customer-first thinking, data-driven decision making, and relentless executional rigor across all stages of discovery, design, build, launch, and iteration.
- • Serve as the authoritative voice of the customer inside Equifax, orchestrating voice-of-customer interviews, customer advisory boards, and competitive benchmarking studies that surface unmet needs and validate new concepts before a single line of code is written.
- • Champion a “Build, Buy, Partner” mindset—evaluating in-house development, strategic acquisitions, and ecosystem alliances to accelerate time-to-value and expand the portfolio’s addressable market while optimizing total cost of ownership.
- • Partner with pricing, product marketing, legal, and billing teams to craft compelling commercial models, packaging strategies, and go-to-market playbooks that resonate with procurement officers and program executives across civilian, defense, and intelligence communities.
- • Present executive-level narratives to C-suite stakeholders, agency leadership, and industry forums—using crisp storytelling, data visualizations, and financial metrics to secure investment, influence policy, and position Equifax as the trusted data and analytics partner for government transformation.
- • Instill disciplined portfolio management practices—tracking P&L performance, investment allocations, and budget variances—to ensure every dollar spent advances strategic objectives and delivers measurable ROI for both Equifax and its government clients.
- • Embed Design Thinking methodologies (personas, empathy maps, rapid prototyping, iterative feedback loops) to unlock breakthrough innovations that simplify complex eligibility, fraud-prevention, and benefits-delivery workflows for caseworkers and constituents alike.
- • Navigate a highly matrixed organization with finesse, forging alliances across technology, sales, operations, and risk teams to remove roadblocks, resolve trade-offs, and keep cross-functional squads laser-focused on delivering value early and often.
- • Model inclusive leadership, actively mentoring under-represented talent and championing diversity of thought to ensure the Government Solutions portfolio reflects the diverse communities it serves.
