- • As a Product Manager at GovWorx, you will lead the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of mission-critical software products that support public safety and emergency communications, directly impacting the effectiveness of 911 centers, law enforcement, and fire/EMS agencies nationwide.
- • You will drive Agile/Scrum execution by maintaining a prioritized backlog, leading sprint ceremonies, managing release plans, and ensuring predictable delivery velocity while surfacing risks and dependencies early.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, infrastructure, sales, and support teams to translate customer and operational needs into reliable, compliant product outcomes, including leading customer implementations, pilots, and feedback loops based on real-world call-taker input.
- • You will champion data-driven decision-making by defining and monitoring KPIs such as call-handling time and AI adoption rate, instrumenting product analytics, and adapting the roadmap based on measurable outcomes, all while ensuring CJIS and SOC 2 compliance.
- • You will foster a high-performance team culture by promoting proactive communication, celebrating wins, and refining processes to improve predictability and team satisfaction across cross-functional initiatives.
- • You will provide product expertise for go-to-market and support enablement, briefing internal teams ahead of releases and contributing to marketing, sales, and support collateral.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in product management or closely related product leadership roles
- • Demonstrated experience owning complex, customer-facing software products from discovery through delivery
- • Deep hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and serving as Product Manager when needed
- • Proven ability to manage and prioritize backlogs, lead sprint ceremonies, and maintain predictable delivery velocity
- • Strong experience building and managing release plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
- • Track record of leading customer implementations, pilots, or phased rollouts in production environments
- • Advanced ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs to drive roadmap and delivery decisions
- • Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or similar)
- • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including collaboration with engineering, security, infrastructure, sales, and support teams
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
- • Must pass FBI fingerprint and background check in multiple states
