📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at Nightfall AI, you will lead the development and evolution of the company's AI-native data loss prevention and insider risk management platform, which protects sensitive data across SaaS apps, GenAI tools, email, and endpoints.
• You will ship AI security features quickly by building MVPs, gathering customer feedback, and iterating based on real-world usage to ensure the product meets evolving security needs.
• You will define and track key success metrics such as agent deployment rates, detection accuracy, remediation rates, and exfiltration prevention to measure product effectiveness and user experience.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales engineering, and customer success teams to prioritize work, support customer deployments, and ensure successful product adoption and renewal.
• You will present product capabilities and differentiators to technical and executive audiences, including CISOs and SecOps teams, to drive customer confidence and market differentiation.
• You will operate in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment where bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and entrepreneurial execution are essential to success.
• You will contribute to a mission-driven company backed by top-tier VCs and cybersecurity leaders, helping organizations innovate securely without risking data exposure or IP loss.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of product management experience at a SaaS startup with a highly technical product
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements from security teams into clear product specifications
• Experience working closely with sales engineering and customer success teams to support deals and renewals
• Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and strong prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment
• Prior experience as a founder, security engineer, or product manager on endpoint or security-related products (bonus)
• Understanding of MDM platforms, endpoint DLP, browser extension architecture, and security frameworks across macOS and Windows (bonus)
