- • As a Staff Product Manager for Search & Monetization at Mozilla, you will own the strategy and execution for search within the Firefox Desktop browser across Windows, macOS, and Linux, driving search engagement and revenue while upholding privacy principles and user experience.
- • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end experimentation across search access points and monetization surfaces, define success metrics with Data Science, partner with Business Development on search partnerships, and navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes.
- • You will join the Firefox Desktop Search & Monetization team, which owns one of Mozilla’s most critical product areas — delivering high-quality, privacy-respecting search experiences that drive the majority of Firefox Desktop revenue and search engagement for over 225 million monthly users worldwide.
- • In this role, you will contribute to quarterly and annual planning, identify strategic risks and opportunities, influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, and grow your impact in product strategy, experimentation, and stakeholder engagement at a mission-driven organization shaping the future of the open internet.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of revenue-impacting product areas
- • Proven experience leading experimentation programs and driving measurable business outcomes
- • Strong analytical skills and fluency with product analytics tools and SQL
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
- • Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, privacy considerations, and business objectives
- • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
