📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Bitstack Technologies SAS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping products that empower users to save, spend, and grow money in a more open and inclusive financial system, directly contributing to the company’s mission of rebuilding finance from the ground up.
• You will co-lead end-to-end product development within a cross-functional squad, from opportunity sizing and planning through build, launch, and post-launch iteration, ensuring products are impactful, compliant, and user-centric.
• You will work alongside designers and engineers in a small, ambitious team backed by YC and leading VCs, where ownership, speed, and attention to detail are valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to influence both product and organizational culture.
• In this role, you will develop strong product and analytical judgment, learn to balance speed with quality and regulatory constraints, and gain experience driving measurable outcomes in consumer fintech and crypto, positioning you for growth as a product leader in a high-impact startup.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated excellence in product roles with a track record of shipping features and driving measurable outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong product and analytical judgment, with the ability to derive clear hypotheses from messy data and define metrics from qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Experience in consumer fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or high-scale consumer apps is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments where ownership and accountability matter more than hierarchy, and to balance speed with product quality and regulatory constraints.
