- • As a Product Manager in 8x8’s Finance Technology organization, you will own two critical domains: ERP, Billing & Core Finance Platforms and Revenue & Monetization Platforms, directly influencing how the company prices, bills, recognizes revenue, and closes its books.
- • You will drive product roadmap strategy for systems like NetSuite and Logisense, improve billing accuracy by reducing invoice defects and credit memo volume, and enable faster pricing changes without compromising revenue integrity.
- • You will partner daily with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and engineering teams to translate complex monetization requirements into actionable engineering backlog, ensuring alignment across order-to-cash and lead-to-cash flows.
- • You will define and track key KPIs including ERP uptime, days-to-close, % automated journal entries, time to launch new pricing models, RevRec restatement incidents, and billing-to-RevRec variance rate.
- • You will join a lean, high-accountability Finance Technology team undergoing major platform migrations, where you will introduce modern product practices to elevate roadmap predictability, delivery accountability, and executive communication.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in product management, with at least 3 years owning enterprise finance systems (ERP, billing engines, or revenue recognition platforms) in a SaaS environment
- • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (GL/AP/AR) or equivalent ERP, and a billing engine (Logisense, Zuora, or similar), including understanding of configuration tradeoffs
- • Fluency in order-to-cash and lead-to-cash flows, with ability to map the journey from Salesforce quote to posted journal entry in ERP
- • Working knowledge of ASC 606 and how RevRec system configuration impacts compliance, allocation logic, performance obligations, and restatement risk
- • Proven track record of driving billing accuracy and close efficiency improvements through system changes, not just process workarounds
- • Experience partnering directly with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations stakeholders, translating business constraints into engineering requirements
