Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end for 1-2 cross-functional squads in Kraków, translating high-level strategy into concrete roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes that advance ActiveCampaign’s leadership in automation, data, and AI.
- • Spearhead the discovery, design, and delivery of platform capabilities—think next-gen workflow builders, predictive segmentation engines, and AI agents—that empower 180k+ customers to turn ideas into revenue-generating campaigns in minutes.
- • Spend 30 % of your week in direct customer conversations (interviews, ride-alongs, NPS deep-dives) to surface pain points around data silos, manual tasks, and AI trust; convert these insights into prioritized epics that move core KPIs such as activation rate, automation adoption, and LTV.
- • Define and instrument success metrics with our Data Science guild: craft hypotheses, design A/B or multivariate tests, build dashboards in Amplitude, and iterate until features achieve statistical lift and customer love.
- • Partner with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to balance technical debt, scalability, and new functionality; negotiate scope trade-offs while keeping release trains on a bi-weekly cadence and SLAs intact.
- • Collaborate with Design to run rapid prototyping sprints, ensuring every pixel and API endpoint delivers intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences for marketers, agencies, and e-commerce owners.
- • Align go-to-market plans with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success so launches land with crisp positioning, battle cards, webinars, and in-app guidance that accelerate time-to-value.
- • Conduct competitive sweeps and market sensing on MarTech, CDP, and AI trends; package findings into quarterly strategy docs that inform board-level decisions and keep ActiveCampaign two steps ahead.
- • Champion the Kraków hub culture: mentor junior PMs, host lunch-and-learns on AI ethics, and co-create rituals that make our new office the most collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing site in EMEA.
- • Maintain a living 12-month roadmap that balances big bets (e.g., generative AI campaign composer) with quick wins (e.g., improved CSV import mapping), communicating updates to execs, engineers, and customers alike.
- • Drive pricing and packaging experiments for new platform tiers, partnering with Finance and RevOps to model ARR impact and ensure smooth transitions for existing customers.
- • Uphold security, privacy, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) throughout the product development process, embedding controls into specs and acceptance criteria.
- • Contribute to M&A and partnership evaluations—assess APIs, data schemas, and joint value props—to accelerate ActiveCampaign’s ecosystem growth and integration depth.
