📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager at Memory AS, you will lead early product discovery in a new initiative, identifying and prioritizing customer problems in collaboration with Engineering stakeholders for technical discovery, and driving impactful product decisions in ambiguous settings.
• • Day to day, you will lead ideation and design exercises, write product stories that include the 'why,' 'what,' and 'when,' collaborate on building prototypes and MVPs, establish goal- and metric-setting processes, engage with potential customers for feedback, foster a culture of delivering value through milestone setting, and communicate product decisions with clarity and enthusiasm to internal and external stakeholders.
• • You will join a founding team at Timely, a mission-driven company transforming school scheduling through AI-powered optimization technology and expert human support, serving districts and charter schools across 15+ states with strong product-market fit and a people-centered approach to educational innovation.
• • In this role, you will learn to balance customer needs with business strategy, drive product decisions from 0 to 1 in new areas, deepen your expertise in AI-powered B2B SaaS products, and make measurable impact on educator efficiency and student access to courses and pathways that shape lives.
