- • As a Product Manager at Fora Financial LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s digital transformation by building end-to-end internal product development capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation within the FinTech platform focused on serving the small business community.
- • Day to day, you will own and manage product initiatives from concept to launch, act as Product Owner for Agile sprints, gather and refine business and functional requirements, prioritize user stories and bugs, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including the CTO and VP of Engineering, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution through backlog grooming, KPI definition, and validation testing.
- • You will join a mission-driven, inclusive organization of nearly 200 employees that has delivered over $4 billion in capital to more than 55,000 small and medium-sized businesses since 2008, leveraging proprietary technology to provide funding in as little as 24 hours.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic product leadership skills, deepen your expertise in FinTech and SMB markets, influence senior stakeholders, and directly contribute to long-term economic value by launching impactful products that disrupt traditional financial services.

- • Proven track record of delivering high-value products in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- • Experience in financial services, FinTech, or technology-related industries, with preference for knowledge of the SMB customer/market
- • Strong project management and leadership skills, including the ability to direct cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- • Experience driving business-centric product strategy, road-mapping, requirements management, and execution across fast-moving organizations
- • Ownership mentality with accountability for business impact in a data-informed, experiment-driven product culture
