Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the product vision and roadmap for Oscilar’s AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, combining no-code visual workflow builders with Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate real-time risk decisions in fraud, credit, onboarding, and AML.
- • Define and prioritize product features that bridge accessibility for non-technical users with the sophistication required for financial risk workflows, ensuring the platform outperforms competitors like n8n, Zapier, and Temporal.
- • Develop success metrics and KPIs tied to fraud detection accuracy, credit approval efficiency, AML case resolution time, and onboarding conversion rates across customer segments.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to build a high-performance, scalable platform grounded in event-driven architectures, state machines, and real-time data processing using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- • Partner with risk domain experts in fraud, AML, and credit to validate workflow designs and ensure alignment with practitioner needs and regulatory constraints such as FCRA and GDPR Article 22.
- • Work with customer success to gather feedback, iterate on platform capabilities, and translate user pain points into actionable product improvements.
- • Coordinate with sales and marketing to articulate the platform’s unique value proposition, positioning it as the industry standard for AI-driven risk orchestration in fintech and digital finance.
- • Lead agile ceremonies, maintain cross-functional alignment, and ensure transparent communication across engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams.
- • Research and integrate AI/ML concepts including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and agent architectures into workflow automation to enable dynamic, context-aware decisioning.
- • Design and validate visual programming interfaces using node-based editors (e.g., Node-RED, Retool Workflows, Pipedream) to empower non-technical users to build and modify risk workflows without code.
- • Ensure the platform supports seamless integration patterns including API design, webhooks, OAuth flows, and third-party data source connections critical for financial institutions.
- • Evaluate and leverage workflow execution engines such as Temporal, Airflow, or Camunda to power reliable, auditable, and scalable risk decisioning pipelines.
- • Conduct user research and apply design thinking to uncover unmet needs in risk operations, including case management and investigation workflows.
- • Balance technical innovation with practical business constraints, ensuring product decisions are data-driven through A/B testing, experimentation, and quantitative analysis.
- • Advocate for a user-centric approach that makes complex financial risk systems intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy for end users across banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS platforms
- • Proven track record building workflow automation, orchestration, or integration platforms
- • Deep understanding of workflow orchestration patterns, event-driven architectures, and state machines
- • Experience with visual programming concepts and node-based editors (Node-RED, Retool Workflows, Pipedream)
- • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and agent architectures
- • Understanding of risk decisioning workflows across fraud, AML, credit, and onboarding
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary and equity packages, including a 401k plan
- • 100% Employer covered comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents (US)
- • Unlimited PTO policy
