- • As the Product Manager of AI at Bullhorn, you will define and drive the product roadmap, development, and continual launch of AI-powered products and capabilities that transform how staffing and recruiting firms operate in an AI-first world.
- • Your day-to-day will involve understanding staffing and recruiting workflow challenges, translating them into AI product opportunities, developing and maintaining a living roadmap, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Architects, Data Scientists, UX Designers, Developers), driving rapid iteration cycles, leading cross-functional launches, defining go-to-market strategies with Product Marketing, and continuously monitoring product health and emerging AI capabilities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role with an enterprise B2B SaaS product company
- • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI technologies and workflows, including large language models, prompting strategies, AI-assisted workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems
- • Experience working closely with engineering, UX, architecture, data science, and go-to-market teams in a highly collaborative fashion
- • Strong product judgment and bias toward action, with comfort making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting quickly as new information emerges
- • Experience conducting regular customer conversations for discovery, validation, and feedback, then translating qualitative insight into clear, prioritized product requirements
- • Superior problem solving and project management skills, including the ability to balance resources and rapidly evaluate and address risk
