- • Own the internal product surface that powers Ritual’s Continuous Therapy model, building tools, workflows, and AI systems that enable 200+ expert therapists to deliver high-quality, scalable relationship therapy
- • Design and ship expert performance management products that combine AI-driven feedback from clinically-annotated session transcripts with human supervision workflows to support therapist growth and quality improvement
- • Define platform-wide quality standards and build feedback loops, supervision tools, and growth pathways that align with clinical best practices and operational efficiency
- • Own the AI-augmented customer service product surface, creating workflows, agent tools, and self-serve experiences that make support faster, more empathetic, and scalable beyond traditional models
- • Turn customer service interactions into a learning engine by building systems that capture patterns, escalate critical signals, and close feedback loops with members
- • Build internal operations tooling for the expert network including onboarding flows, hiring pipelines, supply-demand visibility, compensation systems, and workflows that allow a lean team to manage a large therapist network
- • Identify opportunities where AI can replace, augment, or eliminate manual operational tasks to increase team efficiency without compromising care quality
- • Close policy gaps for both members and therapists by designing, communicating, and maintaining clear operational policies as the company scales
- • Design and ship real-time metrics, dashboards, and operating surfaces that provide leadership and teams with visibility into business performance and system health
- • Write product specs, prompt LLMs in production, run experiments, and ship iterative changes weekly — this is a hands-on role, not an oversight position
- • Balance short-term tool-building with long-term system design to establish the foundational internal product surface of an AI-native company
- • Work with a unique dataset: every therapy session on the platform is recorded and clinically annotated, providing raw material for transcript-informed feedback and quality systems
- • Ship products to a sensitive workforce of therapists who are trained to read emotional dynamics, requiring high emotional intelligence to introduce changes that build trust rather than erode it
- • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure all products are therapeutically sound, operationally viable, and aligned with professional standards
- • Maintain a builder mentality — energized by defining ambiguous problems and shipping solutions, not just executing predefined roadmaps
- • Operate with fluency in English and a deep understanding of AI as a product material, with proven experience shipping AI features in production environments
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience
- • Hands-on PM experience — writing specs, prompting LLMs in production, running experiments, and shipping changes weekly
- • Genuine fluency with AI as a product material, including shipping AI features and prompting LLMs in live environments
- • High emotional intelligence and experience shipping products to sensitive user groups or professional workforces
- • Strong operational instincts and understanding of supply, demand, quality, and unit economics
- • Fluent English
