• Jerry.ai is at the forefront of revolutionizing car ownership with its AI-powered super app, and we are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead our AI-driven communications product. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, as AI and automation are fundamental to enhancing customer engagement, conversion rates, and long-term retention. Today, our internal AI agent development platform, Propelix, successfully handles over 70% of customer requests, a testament to our commitment to innovation. Our ambitious goal is to elevate this automation to over 90%, concurrently boosting customer satisfaction and conversion through AI interactions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. The underlying messaging infrastructure, spanning SMS, in-app chat, email, and voice, is the backbone of these critical communications, and your expertise will be instrumental in scaling it to new heights.
• As the Product Manager for AI Powered Messaging, you will be the driving force behind creating exceptional AI-driven customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate intimately with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative AI interactions. These interactions are designed to significantly increase the level of automation within our customer service channels while simultaneously elevating customer satisfaction metrics. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our AI agents are not just functional, but truly lovable and effective.
• A key aspect of your role will involve deep dives into our extensive datasets. By meticulously analyzing user behavior, interaction patterns, and system performance, you will identify key areas for improvement within our core messaging systems. This data-driven approach will enable you to pinpoint bottlenecks, understand user pain points, and prioritize enhancements that will have the most significant impact on both automation efficiency and customer delight. Your insights will directly shape the evolution of our AI capabilities.
• You will be instrumental in shaping our prompt engineering best practices and influencing our technical roadmap. 🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.

• Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to dive into data and answer questions independently.
• Demonstrated ownership of metrics and a consistent drive for improvement, coupled with an optimistic, "how can we" approach.
