đź“‹ Description
- • As a Product Manager for Customer Acquisition at Group 1001 Holdings LLC, you will own the end-to-end product experience that drives customer acquisition for Gainbridge, a digital-first annuity platform within a financially stable, technology-driven insurance family. Your work directly impacts how prospective customers discover, engage with, and convert on financial products — turning intent into trust and action through intuitive, compliant, and high-converting flows. This role is critical to scaling efficient, sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and customer-centricity in a regulated financial environment.
- • You will define and execute the acquisition growth strategy across landing pages, onboarding, KYC, and pre-funding education; own and prioritize the product roadmap using rigorous data analysis to improve conversion and lower customer acquisition cost (CAC); conduct deep-funnel analysis from impression to funding to identify bottlenecks and set experimentation targets; develop and refine granular growth metrics including CVR, payback period, and cohort quality with robust instrumentation; partner with Marketing on top-of-funnel strategies and lifecycle programs to optimize journey touchpoints; engage with customers via video, email, and in-person sessions (~10% travel) to gather qualitative insights on trust drivers; collaborate with Operations and Compliance to build flows that are both friction-light and compliant with regulatory and fraud standards; serve as the organizational expert and point of contact for all acquisition-related product questions; write clear PRDs and experiment briefs with hypotheses, test design, sample sizing, and success metrics accessible to technical and non-technical stakeholders; leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, analysis, and iteration while upholding data quality and regulatory sensitivity.
- • You will partner closely with the Acquisition engineering squad to design and implement experimentation frameworks (feature flags, A/B testing, multi-armed bandits) and analytics pipelines; define precise user stories and acceptance criteria covering edge cases like identity verification failures and cross-device journeys; navigate technical and architectural tradeoffs around performance, reliability, and integrations with marketing tech stack (attribution, CDP, CRM) and third-party data; collaborate with design and engineering on rapid iteration cycles to test new funnel experiences, landing concepts, and conversion optimizations.
- • Group 1001 is a consumer-centric, technology-driven family of insurance companies committed to delivering outstanding value through financial strength, deep expertise, and a can-do culture rooted in collaboration, communication, core business focus, risk management, and outcome-driven execution. Gainbridge, as part of this enterprise, empowers clients to take control of their financial future through simple, intuitive, and transparent digital products backed by smart technology and free of hidden fees — making financial wellness accessible to all, regardless of budget.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your expertise in growth product management within a regulated financial services context, mastering the balance between aggressive acquisition goals and compliance, trust, and long-term brand equity. You will gain hands-on experience leveraging AI in experimentation and analysis, influencing cross-functional strategy at the intersection of product, marketing, engineering, and operations, and developing a deep understanding of annuity products and customer behavior in high-stakes financial decision-making — positioning you as a leader in scalable, ethical growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of product leadership experience, specifically as a Growth Product Manager or in roles with direct ownership of funnel optimization and customer acquisition.
- • Proven track record of data-driven decision making using A/B tests, attribution data, cohort analysis, and LTV/CAC modeling to guide product priorities and strategy.
- • Strong preference for candidates with a background as a Data Analyst or hands-on experience with data querying (e.g., SQL), hypothesis validation, and building analytics tooling to support product experimentation.
- • Ability to translate complex regulatory, risk, pricing, and eligibility requirements into simple, intuitive user flows that maintain compliance without sacrificing conversion or trust.
- • Demonstrated skill in prioritizing tradeoffs between immediate growth, customer experience, compliance, and long-term brand equity, and aligning cross-functional teams around those decisions.
- • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate strategies, tradeoffs, and experiment results to stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Executive leadership.
- • Proven ownership mindset with the ability to independently define strategy, execute initiatives, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Experience as a go-to-market leader partnering with Marketing to plan and execute product launches, positioning, and lifecycle programs that drive scalable and sustainable adoption.
- • Regular and judicious use of AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and analysis while applying strong critical judgment in a regulated domain.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans available for employees and their families.
- • Access to Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance, as well as Short and Long-Term Disability coverage.
- • Immediate access to the Employee Assistance Program and wellness programs for all employees, regardless of hours worked — no enrollment required.
- • Eligibility to participate in the Company’s 401K plan with matching contributions from Group 1001.
- • Support for whole-person growth through flexibility, professional development, and inclusive practices that foster a diverse and welcoming workplace.
- • Commitment to building a high-performance team where differences are valued and dignity, respect, and understanding are shared responsibilities.
