📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end agent experience for accessing 140+ US insurance carriers on First Connect’s digital marketplace. You will define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for how agents qualify for, request, and manage carrier access while navigating complex US regulatory requirements.
• • Lead the continuous evolution of dynamic carrier workflows that power every step of the agent journey—from initial onboarding to ongoing compliance checks. You will ensure these flows remain modular, scalable, and adaptable to carrier-specific rules without adding friction for agents.
• • Transform the Carrier Store into a best-in-class discovery and request hub. You will make it more actionable, personalized, and transparent so agents instantly understand what is required next, reducing support tickets and accelerating time-to-quote.
• • Champion data-driven decision making. You will instrument the product to capture quantitative usage data, run qualitative user interviews, and turn insights into hypotheses, A/B tests, and iterative releases that measurably improve conversion and satisfaction.
• • Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, and a US-based business team to translate regulatory requirements, carrier SLAs, and agent pain points into crisp user stories and acceptance criteria. You will run agile ceremonies, groom backlogs, and ship incrementally rather than in big-bang releases.
• • Ensure bullet-proof compliance across onboarding, carrier access, and ongoing agent lifecycle. You will work with legal, compliance officers, and external partners to embed state-by-state rules into the product while keeping the experience intuitive.
• • Drive the full discovery-to-delivery cycle: spot market gaps, size opportunities, prototype solutions, validate with real agents, and launch features that expand carrier coverage and revenue.
• • Serve as the voice of the agent inside the company. You will build feedback loops, maintain a public roadmap, and communicate releases so every stakeholder understands the “why” behind each feature.
• • Balance short-term wins with long-term platform health. You will prioritize quick fixes that unblock agents today while investing in architecture and tooling that lets us onboard new carriers in days, not months.
• • Mentor and inspire a cross-functional squad. You will foster psychological safety, celebrate experimentation, and create a culture where engineers, designers, and analysts feel ownership over outcomes, not just output.
