This pivotal role is at the heart of Jerry's mission to simplify car ownership, making it effortless and accessible for millions. You will be instrumental in building and scaling the sophisticated systems that power our AI-driven super app, ensuring our customers receive the most accurate, lowest-cost insurance quotes with unparalleled speed and efficiency.
• As the owner of our quoting and automation product lines, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle. This includes defining the product vision, developing detailed roadmaps, and collaborating closely with world-class engineering, operations, and insurance domain experts to bring innovative solutions to life. Your work will directly impact Jerry's competitive advantage, driving growth and enhancing the user experience.
• A significant aspect of this role involves leading high-profile integrations with major insurance carriers and partners. You will be the key liaison, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring seamless integration of our platform with external systems. This will require a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, API integrations, and data exchange protocols, all while maintaining a sharp focus on scalability and reliability.
• You will dive deep into data to understand user behavior, system performance, and market trends. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in identifying opportunities for optimization, improving data quality and accuracy, and developing predictive models that enhance our quoting engine. • You will be responsible for defining and refining the user experience for both internal operations teams and external customers interacting with our quoting and automation systems. This involves understanding the intricate workflows of insurance quoting, identifying pain points, and designing intuitive solutions that streamline processes and delight users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product strategy and to gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be essential for success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the InsurTech and AI spaces. Proactively identify new opportunities and threats, and translate these into actionable product strategies.
• Drive the development of new features and enhancements for our quoting engine, focusing on improving quote accuracy, speed, and breadth of coverage. This includes managing the backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Contribute to the strategic vision of Jerry.ai, helping to shape the future of car ownership management through innovative technology and data-driven insights. Your work will directly contribute to our goal of becoming a $10 billion company.
• You will be a champion for the product, evangelizing its value proposition internally and externally, and ensuring its successful adoption and impact across the organization and with our user base.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.
• Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking; ability to engage in technical discussions and translate complex ideas into simple terms.
• Data-driven mindset with proven ability to dive into data to answer questions and drive decisions.
• Experience owning and improving key metrics; optimistic and solution-oriented approach.
