• • As a Product Manager for the R37 Product Team at Phare Health, now part of R1 and its AI innovation engine R37 Lab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare revenue operations. You will be instrumental in defining and driving the product strategy for our AI-native Healthcare Revenue Operating System, a groundbreaking platform designed to automate medical coding, billing, and follow-up by reasoning over full medical records, payer logic, and financial workflows.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to combine product leadership with technical expertise, serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and the cutting edge of AI/ML development. You will be responsible for translating complex business challenges and AI/ML model outputs into clear, actionable product direction, ensuring our solutions are not only innovative but also deeply aligned with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• • You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, taking ownership from conception through execution. This involves developing and championing product vision, creating detailed roadmaps, and ensuring that product development aligns with measurable business objectives. Your work will directly contribute to the continued success and scaling of our AI systems, which already power production workflows across 95 of the top 100 U.S. health systems, processing hundreds of millions of patient encounters annually.
• • Key responsibilities include driving product strategy and execution for innovative healthcare revenue cycle solutions, leveraging deep research, stakeholder insights, and business acumen. You will be adept at leading project planning and execution, facilitating meetings, and guiding teams to develop high-quality plans and roadmaps that connect product vision to tangible progress.

Furthermore, knowledge of the practical use and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in production environments is highly valued.
