  • • Own the full product lifecycle for Kinetic’s flagship injury-prevention platform, from discovery through launch, scaling, and continuous optimization. You will translate complex safety science, IoT sensor data, and claims analytics into intuitive, high-impact features that reduce injuries and save lives.
  • • Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, data scientists, designers, and safety experts to ship releases every 2–3 weeks. You’ll run agile ceremonies, maintain a living roadmap, and ruthlessly prioritize the backlog so the team is always working on the highest-value problems.
  • • Deeply understand our two-sided marketplace: enterprise risk managers who need actionable insights and frontline workers who deserve tools that respect their time and dignity. You will conduct user interviews on factory floors, ride along with safety teams, and synthesize findings into crisp problem statements and measurable success metrics.
  • • Define and track KPIs that matter—injury-rate reduction, lost-time days avoided, NPS for workers, and ROI for employers. You will instrument analytics, run A/B tests, and present quarterly business reviews to Nationwide and other strategic investors, demonstrating how product improvements translate into lives saved and millions in claims avoided.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation. You will design lightweight pilots with select enterprise clients, iterate based on real-world feedback, and then scale winning concepts across our entire customer base. Expect to juggle multiple concurrent pilots, each with tight timelines and high visibility.
  • • Translate regulatory requirements (OSHA, state workers-comp statutes, union agreements) into product requirements without adding friction. You will partner with legal, compliance, and insurance underwriters to ensure every feature we ship is both innovative and bulletproof from a liability standpoint.
  • • Collaborate with the data science team to refine predictive models that identify high-risk movements and environments. You will translate model outputs into user-friendly alerts, coaching workflows, and gamified challenges that motivate behavioral change on the frontline.
  • • Evangelize the product both internally and externally. You will craft compelling release notes, host customer webinars, and represent Kinetic at industry conferences. Your storytelling will turn complex technology into relatable narratives that inspire adoption and trust.
  • • Mentor junior PMs and product analysts, establishing best practices for user-story writing, acceptance criteria, and go-to-market planning. You will build a scalable product playbook that allows Kinetic to 10Ă— its customer base without 10Ă— its headcount.
  • • Stay obsessively close to the market. You will monitor competitive moves, attend safety-tech meetups, and maintain a network of advisors from academia, labor unions, and Fortune 500 EHS departments. Your insights will shape our 3-year product vision and M&A opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of product-management experience shipping B2B SaaS or data-driven platforms, ideally in health, safety, insurance, or IoT domains
  • • Demonstrated success owning end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iterative optimization
  • • Strong analytical mindset: fluent in SQL, comfortable interpreting sensor or claims data, and able to design statistically significant experiments
  • • Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence engineers, executives, and frontline workers alike
  • • Nice-to-have: background in workers-comp, occupational health, or regulated industries; experience with hardware-plus-software products; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
