📋 Description

• Are you a visionary Product Manager with a passion for building robust internal systems that empower teams and drive operational excellence? Mama Money, a rapidly growing fintech startup dedicated to facilitating remittances for migrant workers, is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development of our Shared Services platforms.
• In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end lifecycle of Mama Money's internal platforms and operational products. Your mission will be to design, develop, and optimize systems that are the backbone of our business, enabling our Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to function with maximum efficiency and deliver an unparalleled experience to our global customer base.
• You will be instrumental in shaping the tools and processes that allow Mama Money to scale effectively. This involves a deep understanding of the needs of various internal departments and translating those needs into tangible product roadmaps and features.
• Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with a diverse range of cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Data teams. Together, you will architect and implement scalable internal tools and processes that are fundamental to Mama Money's continued growth and success.
• Your responsibilities will span the entire product development spectrum. This includes conducting thorough market research and user needs analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our internal systems.
• You will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our shared services portfolio, ensuring alignment with Mama Money's overarching business objectives.
• Crafting detailed product specifications, user stories, and requirements documentation will be a core part of your day-to-day activities, ensuring clarity and precision for development teams.
• You will manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact.
• Overseeing the entire product development process, from ideation and design through to development, testing, launch, and iteration, will be under your purview.
• You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the development cycle.
• Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new internal tools and features, including training and support plans, will be crucial for successful adoption.
• Continuously monitoring product performance, gathering user feedback, and identifying areas for optimization and improvement will be essential for driving ongoing value.
• You will champion a data-driven approach to product management, utilizing analytics to inform decisions and measure the success of your initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing internal tools or operational platforms.
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development, and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to drive product decisions.
