📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Binance’s trading systems, including order matching engines, liquidity aggregation, risk management modules, and market data distribution infrastructure.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-performance trading platforms that serve 300+ million users across 100+ countries with sub-millisecond latency requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quantitative research, compliance, and operations teams to translate complex market needs into technical specifications for trading system enhancements.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on user behavior data, exchange volume trends, regulatory updates, and competitive benchmarking in global crypto markets.
• Own key performance metrics for trading systems including order fill rates, slippage, system uptime, and latency benchmarks across global data centers.
• Work closely with institutional clients and liquidity providers to understand their infrastructure requirements and integrate their feedback into product development cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches of new trading features such as advanced order types, algorithmic trading APIs, and dark pool integrations.
• Ensure all trading system updates comply with global regulatory frameworks and internal risk controls while maintaining industry-leading security standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with retail and professional traders to identify pain points in the trading interface and execution flow.
• Maintain deep awareness of global crypto market structure, order book dynamics, and emerging trading technologies to inform product decisions.
• Document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with precision to guide engineering teams in building scalable, fault-tolerant trading infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance post-launch using real-time dashboards and incident response protocols to rapidly address degradation or outages.
• Partner with the data science team to analyze trading patterns, detect anomalies, and optimize system efficiency through data-driven insights.
• Represent the trading systems product team in executive reviews, investor briefings, and industry forums on behalf of Binance’s technology leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in high-frequency trading systems, financial technology, or exchange infrastructure
• Deep understanding of order types, market microstructure, and trading engine architecture in crypto or traditional finance
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical products with strict latency, reliability, and security requirements
• Experience working with engineering teams to deliver low-latency, high-throughput systems under global regulatory scrutiny
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting trading data, system metrics, and user behavior analytics
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset trading ecosystems
