  • • As the Product Marketing Lead, you will own the overarching narrative for AirOps. This involves defining and refining our positioning and messaging to establish AirOps as the definitive solution for the future of content strategy and creation. You will translate intricate product capabilities into compelling stories that captivate and persuade our target buyers, from mid-market teams scaling their content operations to enterprise organizations fundamentally rethinking their entire approach. Your focus will extend beyond mere features; you will inspire marketers to embrace the 'Content Engineer' mindset, empowering them to leverage AI effectively and strategically.
  • • A core responsibility will be driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will collaborate closely with leadership, product management, sales, and broader marketing teams to orchestrate successful product launches from inception to execution. This includes owning the GTM calendar, identifying key priorities, and ensuring every launch is underpinned by a clear strategic point of view, supported by compelling assets, and effectively communicated to our target audience. Your efforts will directly contribute to market penetration and revenue growth.
  • • You will be a crucial enabler for our sales teams, equipping them with the essential tools and knowledge to excel. This involves crafting high-impact materials such as battlecards, objection handling guides, competitive positioning frameworks, persuasive case studies, and engaging presentation decks. Your approach will be one of co-creation and continuous communication with sales, fostering a collaborative relationship rather than a transactional handover, ensuring our sales force is confident and effective in articulating our value proposition.
  • • This is a leadership role with the mandate to build and scale the product marketing function. You will have the autonomy to define how product marketing operates within AirOps, establishing priorities, refining cross-functional collaboration processes, and setting the standard for excellence.
