  • • Your primary responsibility will be to fuel HappyRobot's growth by driving product adoption, enhancing customer education, enabling our sales force, and defining our market positioning. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, encompassing a wide spectrum of product marketing activities. You will own the narrative around our AI OS, ensuring it effectively communicates its ability to close the circuit between intelligence and action, and empower enterprises to run complex, mission-critical operations with true autonomy.
  • • Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and features. This involves deep dives into market needs, competitive landscapes, and the unique capabilities of our AI OS, which compounds knowledge, optimizes at every level, and evolves over time. You will craft and maintain core product messaging frameworks, ensuring our positioning statements and competitive differentiators are sharp, relevant, and consistently communicated.
  • • You will be the architect of our product-related content, creating and managing a variety of assets. This includes detailed release notes that clearly articulate new functionalities, engaging in-product updates that guide users, informative newsletters that keep our audience informed and excited, and compelling website content that showcases our product's value. Your work will directly impact customer understanding and engagement with our platform.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve building trust and demonstrating value through customer advocacy. You will manage customer references, develop impactful case studies, and create proof-of-value content that highlights the tangible benefits HappyRobot delivers to enterprises, particularly in demanding sectors like supply chain and industrial-scale operations.
  • • To empower our internal teams and external partners, you will develop essential enablement materials. This includes concise one-pagers, persuasive decks for sales presentations, comprehensive FAQs to address common queries, and detailed product briefs that provide in-depth understanding of our offerings. Your contributions will ensure our sales and support teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our product management, sales, and growth teams to ensure seamless alignment. This cross-functional synergy is crucial for bridging the gap between product development, evolving customer needs, and effective market messaging. By fostering strong relationships, you will help ensure our product roadmap and marketing efforts are perfectly synchronized.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive, and compelling value propositions for enterprise audiences.
  • • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B tech startup environment, or in closely related roles focused on product strategy and market communication.
  • • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and the nuances of positioning highly technical products effectively to business decision-makers.
  • • Solid grasp of technical concepts, particularly in the realm of generative AI and agentic AI, enabling you to effectively communicate the value and application of HappyRobot's AI OS.
  • • Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with product management, sales, and growth teams to drive product alignment, adoption, and market success.
  • • A high degree of ownership and exceptional organizational skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple product launches and cross-functional priorities simultaneously.
  • • A self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced, highly autonomous environments where initiative and proactive problem-solving are paramount.
  • • Comfort and proficiency with data analysis and performance tracking to measure product adoption, customer engagement, and the impact of marketing campaigns.
